On the morning of November 9, LNU officers met with a delegation from Guangdong University of Finance (GDUF) composed of Liu Peifu, Director of International Exchange & Cooperation Office; Cai Qiuhua, Deputy Director of International Exchange & Cooperation Office; Zhang Aili, Chief of International Visits Management Section; Shi Yuan, Chief of International Programs Section; and Wang Yulong, Chief of the Secretariat. LNU Director of International Exchange & Cooperation Office Zheng Zhijun, Deputy Director Xiao Jianchun, Chief of Foreign Teachers and Students Management Section Chen Chanjuan, and secondary staff member of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office Cheng Weijie received the guests at the No. 1 Conference. Zheng presided over the working experience sharing conference between the two sides.

 

At the conference, Zheng expressed a warm welcome to the GDUF delegation and briefed them on LNU’s international cooperation and its work in regard to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs. The two sides also carried out discussions about the examination, approval and operation of overseas business trips, international meetings and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan meetings, recruitment and management of foreign teachers, admission and management of foreign students, and overseas study and exchange programs according to actual situations of their schools.
