The activity kicked off with a wonderful clapper talk show. The following self-introduction link helped teachers and students of both sides get to know each other deeply. In order to let the BSUPC teachers and students further appreciate the unique charm of Chinese culture, the students from the School of Literature and Media performed Zheng, Hanfu show, Chinese dances, martial arts and Tai Chi, etc., presenting a visual and auditory feast, which won the thunderous applause of the students.
All the teachers and students from Belarus actively participated with enthusiasm in the interactive part. In the game of "You Pose and Let Me Guess", two students from the School of Literature and Media tried to guess what the two Belarusian students posed. Although there were some obstacles in culture and language, active participation of the teachers and students livened up the activity. In the game of painting opera facial masks, students from the School of Literature and Media told the Belarusian students about the origin and painting method and so on, which deepened the Belarusian students' understanding of traditional Chinese opera. Many Belarusian students took photos of their painting products, exclaiming "How beautiful!" The organizers also set up activities for Chinese and Belarusian students to participate in, including paper cutting and Chinese knot making. The Belarusian teachers and students studied Chinese traditional skills carefully and presented their works on stage. Deputy Secretary Chen Kaizhen was also enthusiastic about making handicrafts with students.
Through a series of talent shows and interesting games, the exchange event will help Chinese and Belarusian students better understand each other's customs and promote cultural exchanges between the two countries. The exchange meeting was organized in groups to deepen the understanding and communication between Chinese and Belarusian students. Finally, after a song named Prelude to Water Melody, the whole Confucius Classroom Summer Camp exchange event between the School of Literature and Media and BSUPC came to a successful conclusion.
