21 Belarusian Teachers and Students Sayfarewells to Lingnan Normal University

LNUPressCenter News: On the evening of June 6, our school held the "Chinese Dream·Lingnan Normal University Love" closing ceremony to give a warm send-off to 21 teachers and students from the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture.

Our school's Vice Principal LanYanze said in her speech that through campus tours, sports exchanges, film viewing, experience and learning of Chinese culture courses, visiting enterprises and museums and other learning channels, the summer campmembers have exchanged ideas andcultivatedtheir indomitable will and spirit and broad &philanthropic mind; the profound friendship between teachers and students from both countries has also been further promoted. She hopes thattheBelarusian summer campmembers can actively spread the Chinese culture, promote the cultural exchanges between China and other countries, participate in "The Belt and Road Initiative" cooperation and construction, carry forward the excellent Chinese culture in Belarus, and apply the positive energy gained in the summer camp to study and live, so as to make youth more meaningful.

NatalliaKastseyeva, the leading teacher of Belarusian State University of Physical Culture,expressed her feelings aboutthe summer camp with three words, "Friendship, Unforgettable and Harmonious".She expressed her gratitude for the meticulous arrangement of our school, the professional teaching of the teachers and the warm help of the Chinese campers. According to her, the Confucius Classroom summer camp has deepened exchanges between Chinese and Belarusian teachers and students, and the friendship between China and Belarus will last forever.

"The summer camp trip allowed me to learn interesting knowledge about Chinese culture and experience the richness and depth of Chinese culture in person. I feel so honored." MaryiaSiarzhanava, a student from the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, said excitedly. In her opinion, although China is far away fromBelarus, the summer camp has brought each other closer.

The evening gala presented a variety of programs in a lively and harmonious atmosphere.Students fromLingnanNormal University performed the classical dance Scrolls, dance Dream of West Lake, Pipa solo Jackdaw Playing in the Water and other programs. Belarusianteachers and students demonstrated their learning results by performing such programs as Tang poetry Recitation and Tai Chi Sword.

Zheng Zhijun, Director of the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation, presided over the closing ceremony.Leaders and staff of some secondary units, teachers of the summer camp courses and university volunteers attended the closing ceremony together.
