To relevant LNU subordinate colleges,
According to the Notice on Recommending Candidates to Teach in Overseas Chinese Schools in 2017 (YQW[2016] No. 75) issued by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province and Department of Education of Guangdong Province, Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Provincial Department of Education will continue to send Chinese teachers to overseas Chinese schools. Related subordinate colleges should recommend eligible in-service teachers who are registered under the education bureau for teaching abroad.
Related subordinate colleges should mobilize teachers, gather the applications of school teachers, recommend eligible teachers, send the application documents to International Exchanges and Cooperation Division before January 10, 2017 and email the e-documents to lnuinternational@163.com and the documents required include:
1. 2017 List of Teachers Recommended by Subordinate Colleges to Teach in Overseas Chinese Schools: original document shall be signed by the dean of subordinate college and stamped with the official seal and the e-version shall be sent in a Word document;
2. Expatriate Teacher Resume: the document shall be printed and all the blanks shall be filled in. Write “None” if applicable. The original shall be attached with a photo and no official seal of the school is required. E-version shall be sent in a Word document and photo shall be inserted.
3. Expatriate Teacher Evaluation Form: all the items shall be filled in and write “none” if applicable (proposed country, university and time can be left empty). This form shall be submitted in duplicate and “School Comment” in both duplicates shall be filled in by the leaders of subordinate colleges. One duplicate shall be signed by the dean of subordinate college and stamped with the official seal and the other doesn't require signature and official seal of the subordinate college. No e-version of this form is required.
