On the morning of May 30, LNU President Liu Minggui visited teachers and students of the Kindergarten Affiliated to LNU and sent festival greetings to kids. "I wish you a happy Children's Day, and I hope you study hard and grow up well here," said the president. The kids were happy about the president’s arrival, they surrounded the president gladly and courteously called him Uncle Liu.

Today, on the occasion of the Confucius Classroom Summer Camp of Belarusian friends, the kindergarten carried out exchanges with the Belarusian friends. A variety of lively performances given by the children enabled the Belarusian friends to feel the charm of Chinese culture.
The recorder ensemble, energetic dance and basketball exercises... The Belarusian friends gave applause to the kids for their wonderful performances. “The children are very energetic,” said a Belarusian boy student.

"Brother, you can taste the tea we brew~" The cute kids entertained the Belarusian friends as little chefs. They prepared lots of food such as dumplings, rice dumplings, and pastries and they also brewed and drank tea, which allowed the Belarusian friends to personally experience the traditional Chinese food culture, and imperceptibly enhanced the hands-on and communication skills of the children.
“I have never seen such a happy performance, and I was moved to cry when I saw the children performing seriously on the stage. I enjoyed the children's performance very much,” said a Belarusian friend.
In the Fantasy Little Theater, the children recited three Tang poems and the Three Character Classic, revealing the historical and cultural connotations of the 5,000-year-old Chinese culture with their young voice. “So wonderful!” the Belarusian friends praised.

Since 2008, the kindergarten has participated in six national, provincial and municipal “11th Five-Year” and “12th Five-Year” research projects, and has successfully completed the projects.
